US Endoscopy is a true entrepreneurial success story. Marlin Younker, US Endoscopy's Founder and Co-chairman, had an undying need to connect with physicians to talk about issues they were facing and work together to design solutions. The Younker legacy of hard work and determination, keeping it simple and focused, and working together built the foundation for US Endoscopy years ago and still exists today. Nearly two decades later, our organization is thriving on this strategy.
