    Passion for developing and retaining our people - US Endoscopy has developed a culture of openness, humility and respect that fosters close engagement across our teams. We have a very low hierarchical distance from top to bottom in the organization - where no one has a monopoly on good ideas. We are passionate about maintaining and further developing our unique culture - through our people.

  3. What is your most memorable moment at US Endoscopy?
    The moment I realized that we had built a world class sales and marketing team; this happened at a recent DDW meeting when I was standing some distance from our booth and watched in wonder as our sales, marketing and clinical teams worked their magic with a throng of Endoscopists from around the world. A goose bump moment.
