Note: In order to achieve moderate irrigation pressure, there must be sufficient room within the biopsy channel for fluid to pass when there is a device in place. In order to avoid leakage, remove non-sheathed, spring coiled devices (such as stainless steel biopsy forceps) and large diameter devices prior to irrigating.
